Refund Policy

Please note that items on our platters may differ from pictures depending on availability and season.

It is your responsibility to inform us of any food allergies or dietary preferences when placing your orders. Our platters are not prepared in an allergen-free environment so there is a risk of cross-contamination.

Anyone with a food allergy should avoid consuming our products.

All food should be consumed within 1 hour of delivery or self-collection if left unrefrigerated, or within 3 hours if stored in the fridge, after which Cheeselads will not be accountable for the freshness of the food.

Cheeselads will not be liable for any of our products that are damaged, lost or stolen on any premises that is not in our care.

We have met all current Singapore Food Agency (“SFA”) food hygiene and handling requirements. Our Food Shop License Number is CE22184C000.

EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Our food items are custom products (such as special orders or personalized items) and cannot be returned once accepted, nor refunded or postponed to collect on another day once prepared. Any food items not collected on the stated date of collection will be forfeited and not refundable.

REFUNDS

We do not offer refunds, however, we do allow date changes if notified at least 48 hours in advance, depending on date availability.
