    The people there were very welcoming. Food was amazing. The scallop angel hair was especially nice. The scallops were sweet with none of the fishy smell and the truffle in the pasta didn't leave us wanting. We also got mushroom risotto, with the mushrooms perfectly seared. For our sides, we got the deepfried chicken wings. I was surprised by the sweetness but wasn't put off. It was quite tasty by itself so i didn't use a lot of the dip. We were so satisfied by the food we came back in the afternoon for their cheese board. It was one of the best spreads we had so far. We love everything that we've booked for next week as well bringing more friends.

    Tucked in the neighbourhood of Jalan Besar where all the cafes are conveniently located, Cheeselads has a wide selection of cheeses to make a cheeseboard and a decently sized menu consisting of plenty of starters and mains for a good get together with friends.

    We ordered a cheeseboard (5 different cheeses, assorted nuts & dried fruits and housemade nougats), spicy shoyu wings, mala chicken poppers, brussel sprouts, the MAC, mushroom risotto, spicy pork ragu paccheri and aged ribeye steak.

    Portion was generally ok and the food tasted amazing. Just a minor rant that the brussell sprouts starter was alil expensive.

    Overall, a good dining experience. Ideally do make a reservation before hand!

    Great place for those who don’t know where to start with cheeses! For aficionados, they’ve got a huge selection at your finger tips

    It’s always a great experience with Cheeselads. I’ve followed them since they were doing platters. It’s exciting that they’ve got a restaurant now. Their dine in menu has interesting dishes, on top of the usual nice sharing sides. I went there with my two toddlers, who were able to enjoy the fries and pasta dishes. Service staff were very polite, patient and knowledgeable. Their Camembert desert was good! Sharing some photos of what I ordered!

    Friday dinner with kids. Pre-set cheese platter was generally good, love the truffle fries, steak and crispy wings. The raclette cheese is fantastic but potatoes could be better. Nougats were amazing and we bought some home. Wine at good prices. Will be back!😊

    I had a fantastic meal at Cheeselads. The food was so good! By the time I thought to take pictures, the food was already half gone. The place was cozy and the staff were super friendly. Even my 5-year-old had a great time and enjoyed the meal. Don't forget to grab a few packs of the chef's special soft chewy nougats—they're amazing. Can't wait to go back!
