Brezain is a semi-hard French cheese smoked over beechwood and juniper. Creamy, fragrant and delicious. Tastes similar to our Smoked Gouda, but with a much softer texture. This raclette-style cheese is firm but melts easily, making it incredible for fondues and gratin, or as a pizza topping, or melt over sandwich for a killer grilled cheese!
